Our hard working branch manager, Wayne, made a little cameo at Career Day at Triggs Elementary School in North Las Vegas. He spent some time with the kindergarten kids explaining his duties as a pest control exterminator. Or, a "bug guy", as the kids preferred.

The other day we were delighted to receive a phone call from the wall street journal asking about our green pest control solutions. Adam spent some time on the phone with her explaining the pest control industry and how efficacy directly affects profit margins.
Mesa, Ariz.-based Bulwark Exterminating LLC, which operates 11 branches in eight states, uses only botanical sprays and boric-acid products (also derived from boron) whenever customers request all-natural solutions and often includes them as part of an overall treatment plan even when they don’t.

Pest Control is more than just spraying for bugs...The Las Vegas staff have received 71 compliments in less than 10days. As I read the compliments my paradigm was confirmed customers want our time, attention, pertinence, and kindness. They want this from a pleasant professional person,... They compliment the service not the product. ...Our techs are learning to give the customer everything they have... we need to find a way to give the customers more time.
